WHAT IS QFAB
My Name is Drew Quillen and i am the founder and owner of Qfab LLC.
I started this business in 2022 with the mindset of doing something different. i had a past with sheet metal experience (aircraft mechanic for 6 years) and have been a CAD designer since 2020 helped, both of these together are the skills behind the start of Qfab.
Running a CNC Mill, CNC Plasma Table, Mig and Tig Welding was alot different than just drilling holes and popping rivets as i was used to but im a firm believer in anything is possible if you put your mind to it.
Today we have been in business for almost 4 years and it has been an awesome ride thus far. Had many great opportunities and alot of fun along the way.
Current equipment in house: CNC Plasma Table 33”X48”. CNC 3 Axis Gantry Mill, Mig Welder, Tig Welder, Slip Roller, Finger Brake, Laser engraver, 36X72 Weld table and an entire toolbox of tools that are more than likely spread across the room in various spots. Probably alot more than i listed…

Wheeler Estates
Ranch Entrance
Our customer had a vision for the entry to his Horse Ranch. With our help, we were able to bring it to life!
Entering a Ranch for the first time is a memorable experience. Jr Wheeler had assembled a 30' Raw Timber Entryway to his horse ranch and chose Qfab to design and fabricate 2, 10ft 11ga Steel Signs to display at the top. Perched up on the posts, JR Mounted these 2 Entrance signs with the expectation to last, adding Custom Gusset Brackets for the top for strength and function.
All the Design, Fabrication and Delivery was provided by Qfab.
